We normally try to process your package the same day. We do our best to ship your order within 2-3 business days. Please note, orders abroad may take longer than usual

If a product does not fit or does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return and/or exchange the product within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order. If you wish to return the ordered item(s), please contact us by e-mail: [email protected]

For online orders it is not possible for you to come by to exchange your package. We only accept online returns. To place a new order you can visit our website www.itemssbyiness.com

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or combined with another order. This disrupts our system and delays processing. Please make sure to double-check your order before completing your purchase.

If you’re not satisfied upon receiving your order, you may return it at your own initiative and expense, in accordance with our return policy.

The shipping cost are at your own expense. If an item has damage according to Itemss By Iness that is not due to an action by the customer, the costs of return will be reimbursed. Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels — customers are responsible for creating and covering the cost of their own return labels.

  • You can return your order within 14 calendar days after receiving your package.
  • Please note that the shipping costs are at your own expense.
  • We accept returns of items clean and in the original packaging, in good condition.
  • Please include your order number and name. This way we can see who the package came from.

We strive to maintain a balance between comfort, appearance, and quality. Some fabrics are more durable, while others are lighter or more vibrant. As the behavior of fabrics after use and washing is beyond our control, we do not offer guarantees regarding the preservation of fabric quality. This is to prevent unrealistic expectations and possible disappointment.

Our well-known bestsellers will be back in stock. We cannot guarantee that all our old collection will be back in stock. This has to do with the improvement of the fabrics and colors.

We are currently busy processing our designs and qualities of the fabrics. Unfortunately we have no indication when the articles will be online. We will release re-stock data on our socials if possible.

We receive questions about in our Instagram Dm a lot. unfortunately we cannot answer these questions individually and we hope you understand this.

If you have any problems with your order, please contact us at [email protected]. Always include your order number and full name in your email. You can reach us within 2-3 working days from Monday to Friday.

Have you received the wrong item, color or size? Please send us an email so that we can resolve the complaint immediately. we would like to receive your full name and order number. For incorrect orders we will refund the return costs and send a new item if it is in stock.

  • Wrong color received.
  • Wrong item received.
  • Received duplicate item.
  • Received unworn items with stains.
  • Factory defects that can be checked by Itemss by Iness.
  • In consultation with Itemss By Iness you can also get a 30% discount on a factory product
  • Damaged after improper washing.
  • Damage due to incorrect or intensive use.
  • Items that are damaged or discolored due to excessive perspiration.
  • Fluffing / pilling loose threads due to the quality of the material.
  • Have you already worn the item and are you not satisfied (Unfortunately, we do not accept the costs of an item after wearing it. The item cannot therefore be returned.)

With every restock, small adjustments may be made to the quality of our fabrics. This means there might occasionally be minimal differences in the texture or color of the fabric. These differences arise because:

  • Fabrics are produced in small batches to ensure exclusivity and quality.
  • Fabric rolls may have slight variations in color tone after each restock due to the dyeing process.
  • Some materials may no longer be available, requiring us to use alternatives of equally high quality.
  • We constantly strive to improve the comfort, durability, and functionality of our items.

These nuances are not defects but rather highlight the unique character of our products. Therefore, they are not considered valid reasons for a return or refund, as outlined in our terms and conditions.

We recommend that you wash your clothes by hand and do not mix the colors to avoid color differences. It is allowed to iron your clothes, but make sure that your iron is not set too high. It is also very important that you do not put your clothes in the dryer to prevent fluff. It is entirely your own responsibility to maintain the quality of your clothing, unfortunately Itemss By Iness is not liable for this.
